About Our Products

  • Do your products have any added sugar, salts, or animal by products?

    No way Jose! Our whole  mission is to shower the planet with healthy treats for our tail waggers. So that means we leave all the nasty stuff out and only use 100% safe human quality ingredients.

  • How long do your products last?

    When stored in the sealed bag our cookies have a 6 month shelf life. We do however recommend storing our cookies in a sealed airtight container out of direct sunlight. Our cupcakes, doughnuts and birthday cakes have a fridge life of 3 days. They can be frozen.

  • Should I store my cookies in the fridge?

    No, we recommend storing your dogs cookies in an airtight container out of direct sunlight.

  • My pooch can't eat grains, do you have any grain free options?

    We sure do. We currently have 3 options available for our grain free besties and are looking to add a few more to the line up, sign up to our newsletter to keep up to date with all thing Happy Hound.

  • Why are there variations in my bag?

    All of our products are made by hand, in small batches. The recipe is the same, but there is no way we can make every bag the the exact same, and to be honest we love making everything by hand and having the small variations in size and colour, it's part of who we are.

  • Because you use human quality ingredients, can I eat these too?

    Short answer No! Whilst there is nothing in our cookies specifically for dogs, we are not a human bakery and do not market toward the two legged crowd. That said if you were to be double dogged dared to eat one you won't grow a tail and start chasing the postie.

  • Do you wholesale?

  • Where can I place an order?

  • When should I expect my order to be shipped?

    We aim to send orders withing 3 days of receiving your order. During busy times it can take up to 7 days before your order is shipped. Once your order is picked up, you will receive a notification with a tracking number.

  • Why isn't my discount code working?

    All of our discount codes are one time use codes, its possible you're using a code you've already used.

  • What payment options do you have?

    We accept most major Australian credit cards via our secure payment processor Stripe. We do not store any card details on our servers. We also accept Afterpay as a payment option

  • Where do you ship?

    We ship our cookies Australia wide, our doughnuts, cakes and cupcakes are only availabke for local pick up and delivery (Central Coast & Newcastle)

  • How long does shipping take?

    Once an order has been shipped it typically arrives with 2-5 days depending on where you are in Australia. Of course during busier times this may take a little longer.

  • My tracking hasn't been updated. What should I do?

    With more people shopping online this has led to some delays in tracking information. If your tracking information hasn't been updated in 7 days please reach out to us at [email protected]

  • Will I receive a shipping confirmation?

    Yes! You will receive your shipping information via email once your order has left the kitchen and when your order is out for delivery.

  • Oops! I forgot to apply my discount code. Now what?

    Hold that code tight and save it for a future order! We are unfortunately not able to modify payment information after the fact.

  • Help! I placed an order with an incorrect shipping address.

    Reach out to us ASAP at [email protected] and we will correct the shipping info for you.

  • Help! I have a confirmation number but didn't receive a confirmation email.

    If you have a confirmation number your order was successful. Often the order confirmation gets sent to your junk folder. If you need more assistance please email us at [email protected] with your order number.
