Returns & Refunds
We hope you love what you have ordered. But in case you are not satisfied with your purchase here are some things you need to know,
Due to the nature of our product, we do not refund due to change of mind, sale items, or clearance stock.
If our products have arrived damaged or contaminated, please contact us immediately and we will happily send a free replacement.
It is recommended cookies are placed in an airtight container out of direct sunlight and away from moisture.
We recommend cupcakes and doughnuts be stored in the fridge, like any baked good they will go firm. Our cakes can be frozen and defrosted when needed.
SPECIAL ORDERS
For birthday cake orders and special request orders where a refund has been requested, if the delivery date is 2 or more weeks away a full refund will be given for orders with 7-13 days notice 50% of the price will be refunded and for orders with less than 7 days’ notice no refund will be issued.
