We will endeavour to get your order out as quickly as possible.

All orders will be aimed to be processed and shipped within 24-72 hoursPlease allow longer time during public holidays and during a sale period. 

All our products are shipped in 100% recyclable packaging, we are trying to do our part for the environment!

Orders are delivered via Australia Post and local courier.

Free standard shipping will be automatically applied in your cart within Australia. Note the amount may change from time to time and is usually advertised on a banner on the site.

 

How long does it take?

 

Depending on where you are in Australia will determine how long your delivery takes.  All orders will be sent from the New South Wales Central Coast

Local Delivery Option

 

Happy Hound Treat Co offers free local delivery if you live in the postcode 2262 & 2263, NSW, Australia. Please only choose this option if you live in this area. If an order is placed and you choose this option and you do not live within these postcodes you will receive an email and requested to pay for postage costs to receive your order.


 

Pre-orders(s)

 

If you purchase a product on pre-order this means that the product is not available at the time of purchase. Please refer to the product description of the product you bought for the estimated arrival date. Please note these dates are an estimate and subject to change.

You are responsible for inputting the correct shipping details at the checkout - if you see an error, please email [email protected] as soon as possible. If it hasn't been shipped yet, we’ll try out best to intercept it and change the address on it, however, if it has already shipped it is your responsibility to have it redirected through the shipping agent at your own cost.

If your parcel is not delivered by the estimated date Happy Hound Treat Co is not responsible for shipping times and cannot refund products due to not receiving your parcel on the estimated date. 

If for any reason your order is unable to be processed, Happy Hound Treat Co may cancel your order. If this should happen, you will be contacted.

You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense, or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
